首寧生物ncEpic hPSC Medium(RP01001)是一款無血清、無動(dòng)物源成分、化學(xué)成分明確、且無需滋養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞的人類多能干細(xì)胞(hPSC)培養(yǎng)基,用于人胚胎干細(xì)胞(hESC)和人誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞(hiPSC)的體外培養(yǎng),能夠長期維持hPSC的三胚層分化潛能和自我更新能力。
ncEpic可與本公司Vitronectin和Laminin511包被蛋白配合使用(臨床級/藥品級培養(yǎng)),或與基質(zhì)膠配合使用(科研級培養(yǎng))。
(1)無血清、無需滋養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞;可收集無外源干擾的純凈外泌體;
(2)可應(yīng)用于iPSC工業(yè)化2D和3D大規(guī)模培養(yǎng)和擴(kuò)增;
(3)自主化、國產(chǎn)化的原研體系;供貨穩(wěn)定,高性價(jià)比;
(4)支持臨床級/藥品級細(xì)胞培養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)的iPSC細(xì)胞通過了中國食品藥品檢定研究院質(zhì)量復(fù)核;iPSC來源功能藥物通過了IND默示許可。

將基礎(chǔ)液和添加物混勻配置成完全培養(yǎng)基,可在2℃~8℃中存儲,2周內(nèi)用完。
A、B、C:連續(xù)培養(yǎng)的hiPSC細(xì)胞株細(xì)胞形態(tài)圖示。標(biāo)尺:200μm。
D:細(xì)胞表面標(biāo)志物檢測:SSEA4+,Tra-1-81+。E:細(xì)胞多能基因檢測:OCT4+,NANOG+。
F:連續(xù)培養(yǎng)的hiPSC(P30)細(xì)胞核型檢測:46,XX。
